Ascorbic Acid Formula
This article explains the Ascorbic Acid Formula, also known as the Hexuronic Acid formula or the L-Ascorbic Acid Formula. It is a six-carbon compound that is similar to glucose. The chemical formula of Ascorbic Acid Formula is C6H8O6 and it belongs to the monosaccharide family. Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) is essential for both animals and plants.
Properties Of Ascorbic Acid Formula
This compound causes eye, skin, respiratory tract, renal, and calcium oxalate calculi irritation. It will cause gastrointestinal distress if consumed.
