Chapter 1: Kakku

Chapter 2: Shekhibaaz Makkhi
In this chapter, the story revolves around a housefly who became conceited and woundED himself in a spider’s web. Additional characters include an elephant, a lion, and a fox.
Chapter 3: Chandwali Amma
This piece of literature tells the story of children’s fairy tales about the elderly woman who climbed the moon. It talks of the sinister sky and how it used to trick Amma.
Chapter 4: Mann Karta Hai
Surendra Vikram expresses his aspirations for all the things he could be in this poetry. The poet longs to be the moon, the sun, his father, his grandpa, a bird, and a butterfly, but especially he wishes he were a young lad flying a bright kite.
Chapter 5: Bahadur Bitto
Popular Punjabi folklore tells the story of a peasant’s wife named Bahadur Bitto. It demonstrates how her courage prevented a catastrophe.
Chapter 6: Humse Sab Kehte
The poem goes into detail on a child’s complaints about how natural phenomena operate and the different embargoes that people have placed on themselves. Why are people prevented from performing numerous things, much as sunlight, moonlight, and air cannot be stopped? The youngster imagines that he is being chastised or prevented from playing or distributing toys.
Chapter 7: Tiptipwa
This short narrative is based on an old Uttar Pradesh folktale. It dealt with several events that occurred in a hamlet on a rainy day. The story is enjoyable to read and can hold a young reader’s interest.
Chapter 8: Bandar Bant
Two cats squabbled over roti in the story’s central conflict. The roti was finally consumed by a monkey cleverly while they were still arguing.
Chapter 9: Akal Badi Ya Bhains
In this tale by Shivendra Pandya, a wrestler and a man by the name of Aftanti are featured. They engaged in a battle of wits in which the wrestler ultimately lost.
Chapter 10: Kiyonjimal Aur Kaise Caisliya
The funny tale details the process of manufacturing flour between two buddies named Kiyonjimal and Caisliya.
Chapter 11: Meera Behen Aur Bagh
A brief biography of Mira Behn, who was motivated by Mahatma Gandhi, is presented in this chapter.
