It also enlists the various development stages and how humans utilise minerals for decorative purposes, ceremonial and religious rites, and to sustain their livelihood. Chapter-6 Manufacturing Industries
This chapter introduces the students to the production of goods in large quantities using raw materials and the functions of employees or workers in the textile, steel, bakery, automotive, and brewing industries. Through this chapter, students will study the various manufacturing industries that fall into the secondary sector.
Chapter-7 Lifelines of National Economy
In this chapter, students will study the different means of transport and communication and how they serve as the lifelines of our nation and modern economy.
