Physical Education Class 11 Syllabus 2023-24 for Term (1 & 2)
Physical Education is perhaps the most exciting subject that is liked by many school students. However, the classes provided in the secondary schools are often dealt with light exercises and sports activities without having adequate knowledge regarding the subject. The Government of India and the Education Board of CBSE has accumulated all the aspects of the subject in order to create a wellness boom among students. CBSE Class 11 Physical Education Syllabus is crafted in a way that the students not only consider it as the subject for physical activities only, but as a fruitful career option as well.
The course taught in high school sheds light on wellness among every individual by explaining the advantages of exercise and physical activities. Physical Education Class 11 Syllabus Term (1 & 2)
Every student of Class 11 is required to have a good grasp of the Physical Education Class 11 CBSE Syllabus to get good marks in the examination. There are many students who might consider that the physical education subject is all about physical activities, but that is a wrong concept. Physical Education Syllabus Class 11 for Term 1 and Term 2

The CBSE Class 11 Physical Education Syllabus is mainly divided into two sections: : theory and practical. The theory section and the practical examination are of 70 and 30 marks respectively. To get good marks in the final examination of CBSE, students must perform well in both sections.

**Children With Special Needs can also opt any one Sport/Game from the list as alternative to Yogic Practices. However, the Sport/Game must be different from Test – ‘Proficiency in Games and Sports’
